FAQ

1. I can't enter the "Add from exchange account" option?

You'll only be allowed to enter add assets flow if they have sufficient USDC/USDT in exchange account to transfer to pay balance. If users don't have sufficient USDC or cash balance, they'll be redirected to on-chain receive.

2. I have more balance in their exchange account but it's not showing up in the add asset option?

  • Check if you have the funds in a funding account. The values shown are from funding accounts. If you have funds for trading accounts, it won't show up here.

  • Add asset flow involves doing an on-chain transfer of user's exchange asset to user's pay balance. As such, we will only show the USDC or USDT balance amount that's usable, based on user's withdraw-able amount. If a user has an exchange funding account where the USDC or USDT balance exceeds what's shown, there could be an amount that's not available for withdrawal, for example. Some of the user's existing assets might be protected or locked.

3. How long does it take for me to receive the USDC/USDT in my pay balance?

It typically takes a few seconds for transfer to be processed. We'll send an email and push notification once it's completed.

4. Can I cancel the transaction after submitting it?

No, users aren't allowed to cancel after submission. Users can transfer their balance from pay balance back to exchange if required.
