From October 1 to 22, the net purchase amount of $SOXL accounted for 73.9% of the total net purchases of U.S. stocks by Korean investors during the same period, a triple leveraged long position—more people buy as it falls. This ratio looks quite intense, but it refers to net purchase amount, so don't assume that all accounts have allocated 70% to SOXL.
