Where do I check my welcome rewards program tasks?
Head over to the Campaign center page > select Welcome rewards on the main card of the page to check your welcome rewards tasks and task progress.

Why can't I see my welcome rewards program tasks?
Welcome rewards are only eligible for users who signed up via channels where the programme is promoted, after 19 May 2025 at 12AM Pacific Time.
You have to complete your welcome rewards program tasks within 30 days of your sign up. After 30 days, you won't be able to view your welcome rewards program task progress anymore.
How long do I have to complete these tasks to qualify for the reward?
Welcome rewards program tasks must be completed within 30 days of signing up.
How do I complete the welcome rewards program tasks?
Complete the deposit or trade task that is stated in your Campaign Center > Welcome Rewards.
Deposit task: a single on-chain or fiat deposit of the specified amount. Internal transfers don’t qualify.
Trade task: a single buy or sell order of the specified amount, or an order book trade.
When will I receive the rewards and where can I check them?
Your welcome rewards will be issued to you within 1 day of your task completion. An equivalent amount of BTC token, valued at the time of task completion, will be issued to you.
You can check your rewards in My Rewards > Crypto Rewards.
You're only allowed to sell your rewards or withdraw them after 30 days of receiving them.
