Then that data will inevitably get leaked and all of that information will be used for hyper-targeted, personalized manipulation at scale.
Getting you to buy specific things will be the least of concerns.
Once that happens and it makes it into the news, everybody will still continue using AI as a therapist, but the difference is that they'll start ensuring that the AI they use is built with privacy as a foundational element.
