Zcash 社区 NU7 升级投票将于 9 月 14 日截止，核心方案是：用平滑发行曲线取代周期性减半，同时考虑将出块间隔从 75 秒缩短至 25 秒。
不改 ZEC 总量，只改发行节奏。
更有意思的是，ZEC 刚创下 2018 年以来新高。
