BitMine raised $18 million through a share offering, with net proceeds going toward the purchase of Bitcoin
PANews reported on June 5 that Bitcoin mining company BitMine Immersion Technologies (NYSE American: BMNR) announced the completion of a public offering of 2.25 million shares, priced at $8 per share, raising a total of $18 million. The company plans to use the net proceeds for the direct purchase of Bitcoin.
At the same time, BitMine shares have been approved to list on the NYSE American exchange on June 5 under the ticker symbol "BMNR", and trading on the original OTCQX market will be terminated simultaneously.
