1) Curated Module Fee Adjustment
This proposal introduces an interim update to Node Operator fees within the Curated Module to reflect current market conditions.
The adjustment is designed to keep the protocol competitive ahead of the Staking Router v3 and Curated Module v2 upgrades, which will introduce automated, market-driven mechanisms.

2) Treasury Stablecoin Conversion (TMC-6 Execution)
This proposal seeks approval to convert a portion of DAO-held stablecoins into sUSDS or tokenized money-market funds (TMMFs) in order to generate rewards on idle treasury assets.
