My hope is that real DAOs rise from the ashes. DAOs that: 1. Provide token holders with onchain ownership of onchain permissions 2. Accrue value to the token DAOs imo should have control over the most important onchain only functions. This is where the hard power rests that allows for anything else to flourish even offchain. Extra props go to the Aave, Lido, and Maker's of the world who succeeded where all others failed.

tbh, I'm not so hyped by uniswap dropping the governance theater to re-centralize things under Labs. Uniswap DAO was a flawed and failed DAO but everyone is clapping giving up on the decentralized governance model sends a bad signal. Today is a sad day for DAOs.
