the economics of hype are what turn every would be competitor into a R&D contributor
tech advances and new business models can be absorbed by the black hole; cap tables lined with allocators of other people’s money are left to fight gravity
The thing I've been watching very closely post the deleveraging event is the Hyperliquid daily revenue.
Open interest wipe was material and viewed this would effect revenue. Over the last 30Ds revenue has moved from $2.8M back to $3.6M for avg daily fees.
Equates to $1.3Bn annualised. Evidence suggests Hyperliquid is chugging along and the AF continues to accumulate at lower prices.
The AF has now accumulated 10% of all HYPE circulating. At $35 Hyperliquid Strategies Inc $305M cash is going to take another 8.7M HYPE from the circulating supply forever which is equivalent to 25% of all AF buybacks since inception.
Whales off loading here will form a concrete base for higher prices in 2026.
