[Bartender Loopy's Main Job - Cocktail Introduction]

Last time, I introduced my original cocktail, but today I'm back to introduce a classic liqueur.
It's the Peach Tree, which you might have seen somewhere before.
As for this friend,
1. It's very sweet,
2. The alcohol content isn't that high (about the same as soju..?)
So it's often used as an ingredient in cocktails. I've made a lot of cocktails with this Peach Tree, but since there's not enough space to introduce them all, I'll just share one!
Did you know that you can make cocktails at home without any pressure using this Peach Tree?
The ingredients are super simple, so definitely give it a try.
Ingredients:
Ice
Tonic water
Peach Tree
That's it! Just that.
Recipe:
45ml Peach Tree (about one soju glass)
100ml Tonic water (about two soju glasses)
Then fill it with ice
Mix it all together, and you're done! Simple, right?
And if you have cranberry juice or a little syrup at home, you can mix a bit to create a pretty color like below ใ

There's a saying that all the drinks come together and enter the AI Network of @AlloraNetwork. I really like that saying. Back to the main job: Introducing Loopy's cocktail
As "Bartender Loopy," I will introduce a cocktail for you to unwind.
In the last post, I introduced a cocktail called Penicillin, and this time I will introduce Loopy's original cocktail, Aspirin. (Audience: Applause)
This Aspirin is a modified version of Penicillin, and it includes a spirit called Absinthe. This absinthe is famously known as the drink Vincent van Gogh consumed when he cut off his ear, and it is so beloved by Gogh that there are even bottles designed with his face on the absinthe label.
It is a herb-based spirit, and it was known for its high alcohol content (over 60 degrees). At that time, the ingredients were not properly tested, so there were claims that consuming absinthe could lead to hallucinations, and drinking it for a long time could result in jaundice (a condition where everything appears yellow). There is a saying that the reason many of Gogh's works emphasize yellow hues is due to this.
That's enough small talk, so I thought that by modifying the herb-based absinthe and the vodka, which is humorously known as Russia's disinfectant, we could create a much fresher drink. Thus, this cocktail was born.
Recipe:
Absinthe: 1 shot
Vodka: 1 shot
Ginger lemon syrup: about 0.5 to 1 shot
+ Tonic water topped with ice
If you want to enjoy it even more, using a sweet tonic like Jinro tonic will make it easier to drink.
