I made it to the gym 3 times in one week including for personal training! I’m a huge fan of my new trainer Eunice although we are not working on anything earth-shattering…just making sure I’m actually using my lats for the lat pull downs and using my glutes for the deadlift instead of jerking the kettlebell up.
I feel like she’s the first personal trainer that actually took the time to explain how breathing properly help support the core so that’s good too.
Where did all this extra energy come from? Moving into my new place and sleeping on a proper bed again! Can you imagine I slept on a sofa for a year and 8 months and wondered why I was so tired all the time?
Free life pro-tip: if your interior designer is also doing his masters and living in another city the renovation is going to go slower than you expected. But he did such a great job I can’t be mad!
