The most common question I get at Founder Success from founders is:
“So, what do you guys help with?”
My answer is usually, “What do you need help with”?
But the biggest challenge I see with early-stage founders is that many don’t actually know what they need.
A common response is: “We’ll take whatever you can do, maybe a retweet from the @ethereum account.”
That shows me a lot of founders aren’t yet focused on the right problems. The teams that are clear about their asks and needs not only get better support, they are often the ones working on the right problems and have a lot more clarity in their vision.
