이번에 업비트가 런칭할 GIWA는 정말 기대됩니다. 오랜만에 나오는 빅 이벤트이고 보통 이런 빅 이벤트에는 먹을 거리들이 나오기 때문이죠! 한국 프로젝트들이 운영적으로 아쉬운 부분들이 많은데 잘 됐으면 좋겠네요
업비트(두나무)에서도 자체 메인넷을 준비하고 있습니다.
이름은 기와(GIWA)이고, OP Stack 기반 이더리움 L2라고 합니다.
코인베이스, 바이낸스 등 대부분의 주요 해외 CEX들이 DEX와의 통합을 준비하며 자체 체인들을 강화하고 있고, 바이빗 같은 경우에는 분리했던 Mantle을 다시 흡수하면서까지 온체인 거래에 대한 준비를 하고 있습니다.
한국 거래소는 항상 이런 부분에서 뒤쳐진 느낌이었는데, 늦게나마 두나무에서 이러한 흐름을 따라가려는 것으로 보입니다.
그나저나 거래소들의 체인 선택은 대부분 이더리움 L2네요.
이더리움 L2는 빠르게 런칭할수 있고, 이더리움의 보안을 사용할수 있으면서 L2단에서 검열이 가능한 CEX에게 가장 이상적인 형태가 아닌가 싶습니다.
