The audit report has now been released. It's very thorough, and addresses all of the social allegations we saw earlier this year. Based on document reviews, forensic analyses, and 18 interviews, the report finds all allegations baseless. Personally this doesn't come as a surprise to me. One of the main reasons I have stayed in this community for the past 8 years is the integrity, and delivery of IOG. Key points from the audit report: 1. No Misconduct: Allegations against IOG and Charles Hoskinson are not from unredeemed holders; no lawsuits or regulatory actions found. 2. Sales Safeguards: Voucher Program (14,402 vouchers, ~26B ADA, mainly Japan) prohibited deceptive tactics; 17 distributors suspended. 3. Not Targeted at Elderly: Only ~6% sold to those over 65; refunds offered where needed. 4. High Redemptions: 99.2% of vouchers (99.7% ADA) redeemed as of Aug 15, 2025. 5.
