How?
We put the first 79bytes in the op-return, finish with a ^ (cost of 1 sat per byte)
Then stuff the remainder into unspendable p2wpkh outputs 20 bytes at a time at a cost of 15 sats per byte.
A large memo of 119bytes would cost around 700 sats (50c) - but this is the cost to never be censored- and it means you can now interact with all of RUJI directly from L1 - open loans, 10x long BTC, limit orders and more.
