Loud将于5月31日启动$LOUD代币IAO，10% LOUD将用于社区计划和市场做市

PANews 5月30日消息，基于Kaito的信息代币化协议Loud宣布，$LOUD代币初始注意力发行（IAO）将于北京时间5月31日22:00在HoloworldAI的HoloLaunch平台启动，总筹集目标为400 $SOL（约7万美元）。IAO分两阶段：优先阶段面向前1,000名$LOUD用户，社区阶段面向KaitoAI绑定Solana地址且符合条件的用户，采用先到先得模式。

据悉，$LOUD代币总供应量为10亿，45%用于IAO，45%用于流动性池，10%用于社区计划和市场做市。IAO结束后，筹集的$SOL与45% $LOUD代币将被注入MeteoraAG流动性池，随后开放市场交易，交易费用将在约7天后开始每周分配。
