99% of people don’t do enough foot stuff 2 years ago I tore my left calf and couldn’t walk for a week no weight, no movement, stuck in a chair that week changed everything I realized your feet are your only point of contact with the ground it’s how you absorb impact and how you express power here’s my lower body warm-up now (built from the feet up): 🦶 toe curls 2x20 🦶 single leg balance (eyes closed) 1 min each 🦶 foot doming 2x15 🦶 lunge with calf raise isometric hold 3x30 sec each side 🦶 ankle mobility draw the alphabet with your toes A to Z each foot 🦶 jump rope or pogo hops 2 mins blurred this pic for your safety, and if you want to know what these exercises look like, just google them/ai them there's other stuff you should do for leg day, but this is a great start
