What if the floor plan is different? The property land is better?
While we were house shopping we looked at several houses where right down the street--just a few houses down--another house was for sale we didn't even consider those other houses cause it didn't meet our needs so it never showed up in the listings I had filtered. The fact that they were for sale a few houses down from the ones we were looking at didn't even come into the equation.
The house we bought is RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET catty corner to another one for sale and we never even looked at that one. 😂
This sounds like a case of a dumbass realtor to me, but I genuinely don't really know, cause I haven't tried to sell a house before.
But from a buyer's perspective this sounds stupid.
