Update/Is Blue Harbor going to establish a crypto treasury company? Today, we released a new announcement on the Stock Exchange, and I’d like to say a few words here. 1/ To be honest, we haven't thought it through. Or rather, I don't really want to do it. We have great respect for MicroStrategy and Bitmine, as well as many other pioneers. But this path may not necessarily suit our company's situation. Some investors who came to talk to me about coin stocks even left in anger. At the same time, I've noticed that the more inexperienced people in crypto are, the more proactive they are about these coin stocks. In fact, we have been actively and steadily working on crypto asset allocation, with over 50% of our listed company's holdings in crypto assets. Once the price is right, we will increase our holdings. Besides Bitcoin, Ethereum, and SOL, we are also exploring new assets, especially tokenized infrastructure assets in the RWA market, such as Ondo. We are continuously adding these new combinations. 2/ Over the past eight years, apart from Blue Harbor Interactive, we have been involved with multiple cryptocurrency companies. We have participated in information services, mining, decentralized trading, and token funds. Compared to traditional listed companies, we have accumulated sufficient experience and talent in the cryptocurrency ecosystem, and we continue to expand our technology and product layout. Today, about 80% of our assets in these crypto companies are token-based. How to achieve complete integration with Blue Harbor Interactive is a problem we need to solve. 3/ From the perspective of industry participation, we view crypto networks like Ethereum and Solana from an infrastructure and ecosystem standpoint. Compared to Bitcoin, we believe these "programmable networks" also offer "business potential." It’s not hard to associate Ethereum's fuel value in DeFi/NFT with Solana's influence on pump and memecoins, which are all previews of the crypto storm. We believe the market is not ready yet, but a bigger storm will definitely return. These things will happen again. Similarly, we are very optimistic about the opportunities in the RWA market's foundational networks, asset protocols, and trusted platforms. 4/ I believe that a listed company buying and selling cryptocurrencies is a natural progression. We have bundled all cryptocurrency businesses under the LK Crypto division. I told the team that compared to companies that continuously buy and promote coin stocks, it’s also good for us to take a steady approach like Grayscale. 5/ If we are bullish on the crypto market, then all roads lead to Rome. 6/ The information in this announcement is actually quite substantial. It’s not hard to understand that our stock doubled in a day. If one day, Blue Harbor Interactive's market value skyrockets tenfold, I won’t be surprised at all. But if one day, our products are used by millions of people, I will be proud, and a smile will spread across my face. We can discuss these issues further when we have the chance.
