WLFI Pre-Listing - My Research Notes I’ve been tracking World Liberty Fi | $WLFI as it heads toward a Q3 2025 launch, and I want to lay out how I see it before listing. ◽️ Backing & Positioning WLFI is tied directly to Trump Media – Reports $3.1B in assets on its books. – Logged its first positive cash flow quarter this year. – Accumulated $2B in Bitcoin during Q2 2025. – Still runs a $20M quarterly loss, so sustainability is a question. What makes WLFI interesting is the institutional angle. The pitch is about building post-tokenization infrastructure and making RWAs liquid inside DeFi. ◽️ Strategic Moves So Far Falcon Stable $USDf with $10M investment signals WLFI wants to build liquidity around a stablecoin that could be institutionally palatable. Dolomite partnership gives it DeFi rails that traders already recognize. Truth wallet integration as strategically connects WLFI to Trump Media’s ecosystem of users. ◽️ The Bullish Case Institutional DeFi positioning is rare, most new launches are retail-driven. WLFI has a chance to capture a different type of capital. Regulatory winds might help. There’s already talk of an executive order shielding crypto firms, and Trump-aligned projects could benefit disproportionately. If institutions want a safe US-aligned DeFi play, WLFI could be their bridge. ◽️ The Risk Factors We don’t know distribution, vesting, lockups, or utility. That makes valuation purely speculative pre-listing. Almost nothing disclosed, without knowing how they’re securing RWAs or building infra, the thesis is incomplete. ◽️ My Investment Approach Pre-listing: I’m not committing capital blind. I’ll wait for tokenomics and technical disclosures before forming conviction. Listing phase: I want to see how early trading unfolds, watch liquidity depth, initial volumes, and whether institutions actually step in. Post-listing: My focus will be on adoption signals such as stablecoin usage, integrations with RWAs, and proof that $WLFI isn’t just narrative-driven. $WLFI is shaping up as one of the more strategic DeFi launches of 2025. The institutional narrative and Trump Media’s balance sheet make it hard to ignore. At the same time, the lack of transparency on tokenomics and infra keeps me cautious. For me, $WLFI is worth tracking closely, but not worth early conviction buys. I’ll let price discovery and data guide positioning.
