Here's a big part of building, behind the scenes, you guys don't see: We recently wrapped up our massive poker series, World Series of Abstract, which had well over $100k in prizes distributed. The main event had about 300 players that qualified over the course of 8 weeks, and the prize pool is >$50k. So the game finishes, just send the prizes out right? I wish it was that simple! First - we have to ensure no one cheated. Multi-wallets and chip sharing is a big thing in every poker game, but that is an INSTANT DQ. That is a pretty manual process. Next - we need to check the wallets who won. Is it an AGW? If it is, we need to find their EVM wallet if they won prizes that AREN'T on Abstract. This is an EXTREMELY manual process. After that, it's time to send out the prizes... simple right? Not really. We have them in a multi-sig and run a script due to the number of users and assets being sent out. There are a LOT of different assets across a LOT of different chains. To ensure all prizes are sent correctly, we have to send each group (for example, $USDC) as a single txn. Then manually do it for the next batch. Are there quicker ways to do it? Sure. Are they safer? Absolutely NOT.
