they have the most money, the most mindshare, and the most token supply in hand to incentivize the market with
the hyperliquid / blur incentivization strategy is real and very effective. they will dangle the carrot for traders and creators going forward
streaming is a spend game. It’s extremely expensive and obviously very high risk as an entrepreneurial effort
It’s clear that streaming is perhaps the most “long term” thing they’re pursuing at the moment. They’ve spent a year building out streams & have spent quite a lot of $$ on it.
personally I think it’s a worthwhile gamble on their part and on my part as a streamer
+ it’s fun. :)
