The @paretocredit team have a nice PT fixed-yield opportunity on @NapierFinance.
Their PT sUSP is yielding 38.62% APY (no leverage):

They're Smart Lending pools are really interesting.
If you're OK with having exposure to $RLP or $USDC you can earn more than the vanilla $RLP rate.
Right now this is yielding ~30% APY (no leverage):
If you're holding $HYPE you can lend it for 6% - 10% yield (currently 9.23%). Absolutely wild for a deflationary blue chip asset like this.
You should read what @0xBroze from @felixprotocol has to say (I think these yields could be relatively lasting):
In few markets will you find overcollateralized lending of a deflationary asset that has increased in value over 50% in 20 days yielding 7-9% for passive lenders, not factoring in any incentives and no form of leverage required--the HYPE difference
