One project i don't care about rewards and will still talk about from time to time, unbiased is @arbitrum Man, 2022/2023 was a TIME. Shame it isn't what it used to be. I remember when Gc's lit up, multiple spaces were held to celebrate their airdrop, lot's of people texting that they made banks because of my thread, amongst others. Really like the said, said to see it hasn't really caught good social sentiment as of recent, I still maintain that a lack of memes killed it or at least greatly reduced it's accessibility to normies. When $SOL & $ETH trenches were cooking, we could barely see any good runners from Arbitrum. And it's not even their fault per se, there were a lot of good utility plays, deventralized exchanges, GameFi e.t.c but lack of proper Memecoin on boarding. Or maybe developers just didn't find the adequate liquidity/community to deploy. Not to say they've been bad, at all infact, they stull rank high in TVL and overall developer activity, but @arbitrum at a point was the main DeFi playground. Would really love to see that again. Someway, somehow. Easily my first major love in this space.
