Campaign participation requirements:

1. The promotion starts on September 11 2024, 12:00 UTC until October 11 2024, 11:59 UTC
2. This campaign is only available for SEED Community invitees. SEED Community invitees are users who have registered using SEED's registration link or entered SEED's invitation code when registering.
3. Users must complete KYC2 identity verification to participate and claim the rewards in this campaign.
4. You must select the "Join now" button and receive a message that you have successfully joined to be considered a valid participant of the event. Otherwise, your participation will be void.
5. Users who registered on OKX with the SEED reference link during the event period will be entitled to receive the reward of the corresponding tasks described above. The prize pool is limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

7. Eligible deposits include the following: Crypto Deposit via external wallet transfer and Buy Crypto via Fiat gateway, credit card, or P2P transactions by P2P Express or P2P Marketplace.
   Deposits by internal transfers and P2P transactions made by share link or qr code will be excluded.
   Eligible deposits aren't limited to cryptocurrency types and will be converted to USDT prices based on the closing price on the deposit date.

Reward description:

1. New user rewards can be credited to the account in real time after receiving the mystery box.
2. The maximum prize pool amount for this campaign is 30,000 USDT. If the total user rewards hit the maximum prize pool before the campaign end date, the campaign will end early and the final rewards will be calculated based on the user's campaign data.
3. Please note that OKX is not responsible for the distribution of any rewards by third parties, such as SEED.

1. By default, users who enter the campaign page and participate in this campaign have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of this campaign.
2. Participation in this campaign is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate. The earnings of sub-accounts will not be included in the calculation of the earnings of the main account.
3. Each user can only participate in one campaign at any one time. If a user participates in multiple campaigns, only the last campaign registered will be rewarded.
4. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of the reward are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.
5. Users from the following countries or regions (subject to verification information) may not be eligible to participate in this campaign: please refer to clause 2.2 of OKX's Terms of Service.

During the campaign period, OKX will closely track the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other campaigns related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are deemed to be discovered by OKX, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the reward.
