After we proposed bridging on May 14th, we held a community poll (May 19-26). The results showed that around 80% wanted to explore BSC while 20% preferred to remain on ETH. Following a 5-day cooldown period, the bridge opened for 7 days. Our on-chain bridging statistics closely matched the poll ratio. The successful bridge triggered a price surge, causing some "Stay" voters to change their stance. While we understand requests to reopen the bridge, we confirm it is permanently closed. As previously stated, BitmapPunks on ETH will continue functioning as standard ERC721 NFTs, tradeable on OpenSea, MagicEden, and Blur. Our team's resources and development focus are now fully committed to BSC, where the low-gas environment will allow us to unleash BitmapPunks' full potential. More updates coming. Stay tuned.
