Prior they had already raised $32.3m to build a L2 and privacy node system for institutional clients to create private subnets
The public chain and subnets are also interoperable
An example:
1. Company A tokenises an asset
2. It can be transported to the public chain for distribution
3. A DeFi protocol can be created in the public chain and used by the subnets
