Spent some time figuring out how X actually works & thought I'd share for all the small creators. Bookmark this for future reference✍️ The algo needs about 6 months to understand who you are. You pick a topic, write about it regularly & eventually it figures out who wants to see your stuff. Writing about all of DeFi means competing with every major account Here's what I learned👇 > Focus on specific projects initially (sub 4K). Their communities are tiny & you can actually get noticed (Teams see your posts. You build from there) > People bookmarking your posts matters way more > How long they spend reading matters > Comments & quotes can keep your post alive for another 24H > Likes are basically worthless now > Don't buy fake followers, engagement groups, AI comment bots as all of it gets you shadowbanned > Follower count means nothing > Stick to one plan/topic for atleast a month. Jumping around confuses the algorithm & it won't show you to anyone (Exception is trending topics but that's its own skill) > Keep posts clean. No hashtags, skip the $ before token names, don't tag anyone until (unless you’ve connected w them atleast once) > Add images or videos (Videos boost are surreal) > Make people want to interact > Comments aren't as important as they used to be > Quality over quantity (Small accounts are better targets than big ones anyway) > Quotes work if you add your own take This takes 6 months minimum. You'll quit if you don't actually care about the topic. It's a lot of work. Figure out why you're doing it first.
