McLaren F1 Team Cap Trading Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter of this McLaren F1 Team Cap Trading Giveaway ("Promotion") is OKX Australia Pty Ltd ("OKX", "we", "us").
2. Promotion Period: The Promotion runs from 27 December 2024 17:00 AEDT (GMT+11) to 21 February 2025 23:59 AEDT (GMT+11). The Promotion is divided into 8 weekly periods, beginning each Friday at 5:00pm AEDT and ending the following Friday at 4:59 PM AEDT.

4. 1. This Promotion is open to users of OKX Australia Pty Ltd who have an account with OKX during the Promotion Period. Existing users and users of other OKX entities are excluded. Sub-accounts are also excluded.
   2. Users must have completed KYC identity verification to participate and claim the rewards in this Promotion. Check your status here.
   3. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of OKX are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
   4. Participation is limited to users who have clicked the "Join Now" button on the Promotion's landing page for the relevant promotional week.
5. How to enter: To enter, participants must
6. 1. Click the "Join now" button on the Promotion landing page.
   2. Trade a total of $200 or more in any cryptocurrency on the OKX platform during the applicable promotional week.
7. Eligible trades include trades placed in Simple Mode and Exchange Mode.
8. Participants can earn one (1) entry per week, regardless of trading volume beyond $200. Entries do not carry over to subsequent weeks.
9. Participants must meet the $200 trading requirement during each new promotional week to participate in subsequent weeks.
10. To stay up to date with promotion updates and announcements, users are encouraged to follow @OKXAustralia on X.
11. Prizes
12. 1. Each week, three (3) winners will be randomly selected to win a McLaren F1 Team Cap valued at $80 AUD.
    2. A total of 24 winners will be selected across the Promotion Period, with a total prize pool of $1,920 AUD.
    3. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products.
    4. If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
13. Winner Selection
14. 1. Winners will be determined by a random electronic draw conducted in Sydney at 12PM AEDT on the first business day following the end of each promotional week.
    2. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the draw results.
    3. Winners will be notified via email within 2 business days of the draw and announced on the Promotion's landing page.
    4. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw for the unclaimed prize.
15. Prize Delivery: Prizes will be shipped to winners within 10 business days of the draw, using the address provided in their OKX account. The Promoter takes no responsibility for incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by participants, or delays in delivery by the shipping service provider.
16. The UID of the competition winners will be published on the Promotion's landing page within one week of the draw. By entering the competition, participants consent to the publication of their UID in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
17. Prizes are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, except as required by law. Participants acknowledge that the use of any prize is at their own risk.
18. OKX may collect and use personal information to conduct this Promotion and for other purposes as described in our Privacy Notice. By participating, participants consent to the Promoter using their personal information for promotional and marketing purposes.
