1. OKX Man City giveaway Campaign (Jersey+tickets): 15 June 2025 10:00 GMT+2 - 30 June 2025 23:59 GMT+2 (the "Campaign Period").

2. Enrollment eligibility: This promotion is open to new OKX users registered under Okcoin Europe Ltd (the “OKX Europe Entity”) and to existing users who have not yet made their first trade, residing in one of the jurisdictions mentioned in the general terms & conditions, during the Campaign Period.

3. How to participate: Eligible participants include new users (who joined on or after 15 June 2025) and existing users who have not yet made their first trade.

Eligible new OKX users who create an account during the Campaign Period must complete ID verification for a chance to win Man City exclusive rewards (1 signed Man City Jersey or 2 Box tickets to a European Man City game). Existing users are eligible as long as they have not previously completed a trade, join the campaign via the landing page, and make their first trade using any of the supported methods below.

3.1 Sign up for OKX and complete ID verification (KYC). All eligible users (both new and existing) must visit the campaign page and click the “Join now” button. You’ll receive a pop-up confirming your enrollment. Once you’ve joined, the button will change to “Joined.”

3.2. Buy, convert, or spot trade at least €10 (or equivalent) in crypto during the Campaign Period.

4. Reward distribution

The 15th, 35th, 55th, 75th, and 105th eligible users will each receive a signed Manchester City jersey.

The 65th eligible user will each receive 2x VIP box tickets to a European Manchester City game.
In the event that box tickets are awarded, OKX shall cover the cost of the box tickets only. All travel, accommodation, and any additional expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the winner.

If the total number of eligible participants does not reach these thresholds, OKX will award the prizes on a first-come, closest-position basis. For example, if only 49 users qualify, the 49th participant will receive the prize intended for the 50th.

5. Reward conditions: Refer to the requirements above, and complete the corresponding tasks to get the corresponding reward. Trading volume calculation: Cumulative valid advanced and simple trading volume generated during the activity period. Trading volume from using OKX's other benefits, including but not limited to rebate vouchers USDC fee waiver trades, will not be counted for this activity. Each OKX account can only participate in one promotional campaign offered by OKX within the same time frame. If a qualified user enrolls in multiple promotional campaigns, they will only receive the reward from the last campaign that they enrolled in. We recommend that users do not join multiple campaigns during the same period.

If a selected winner does not respond or accept the prize within 14 days, the reward will be offered to the next eligible participant in line.

OKX reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. 6. Reward distribution: Jerseys will be distributed between 4-8 weeks post the end of the Campaign Period. OKX has the right to postpone or cancel the issuance of some or all rewards at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice to users who are eligible for a reward. The Box tickets will be distributed two weeks prior to the selected Manchester City match of next season.

7. User eligibility: This Campaign is open to eligible users who reside in the jurisdiction(s) specified in these Terms at the time of the Campaign Period, have signed up during the Campaign Period, completed KYC using an ID and POA of the selected country and buy at least €10 worth of crypto on OKX.

8. Promoter: This Campaign is solely promoted by OKX. Manchester City Football Club (MCFC) is not a promoter of this Campaign and has no responsibility for its execution or delivery.

9. Complaints: For any complaints regarding the Campaign, participants may contact OKX Customer Support via the official OKX website or app.

10. Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute arising under this Campaign, OKX reserves the right to make the final decision. Disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of the European jurisdiction in question. Participants agree to resolve disputes through amicable negotiations or, if necessary, through arbitration as determined by OKX.
