BTC May Be Facing Two Choices Today could be a very important day for crypto. The market is watching two things: The CLARITY Act vote. And: The Fed's rate decision. One could shape regulation. The other determines the cost of money. BTC is caught between them. BTC remains near $78,000. But BTC ETFs saw about $463M in weekly outflows, while ETH ETFs recorded about $197M in inflows. This reveals something interesting: Capital isn't simply leaving crypto. It's choosing a new direction. Today, the market may face two paths. If regulatory expectations improve, institutions may increase risk exposure. But if the Fed signals tighter policy, higher rates could pressure risk assets. So what matters isn't whether BTC rises or falls first. It's: How will capital react? I'll watch three signals: BTC ETFs: Is institutional capital coming back? ETH ETFs: Is the rotation continuing? Stablecoins: Is on-chain liquidity still growing? News tells you what the market should think. Capital flows tell you: What the market is actually doing. Today's first candle may not matter. What matters is: Where does the money go after the news? If BTC rises but capital doesn't return, that's worth watching. If BTC falls while capital keeps flowing in, that's even more interesting.
