How to attract a $1bn project to launch on @virtuals_io Genesis?
• The goal is to launch a few standout projects with $50M–$1B FDV potential, not just many small ones.
• Right now, teams give up 50% of tokens but get no funding, which turns quality builders away.
• A possible fix is milestone-based upfront fundraising. It adds some risk, but if it brings $1B projects, it's worth it.

I also have a few suggestions for Virtuals, based on what $VADER shared. I’ll write about them in a separate post.
1. Fundraising Upfront - Transparent & Secure
✅ This solves the biggest current problem.
• Milestone-based funding: Break fundraising into phases, disbursed only when specific milestones are met (testnet, audit, MVP, mainnet, etc.).
• Trusted overseers: Could be representatives from the community, Virtuals Core, or neutral third parties (like Vader).
2. Genesis Pro
🎯 A dedicated lane for elite builders
• Tailored onboarding: Proactively invite teams from Solana, Base, etc., with proven track records.
• Direct mentorship from successful Genesis builders (e.g., AIXBT, VADER, TIBBIR).
• Seed grants from Virtuals to help cover audit, launchpad design, legal support, etc.
3. Reverse the FOMO
“If you’re good, you should launch here.”
🚀 Genesis shouldn’t beg for projects, it should make top builders want in.
• Publish detailed case studies of 10x–500x successes: TIBBIR, AXR, VADER, etc.
• Highlight real ROI achieved by retail participants (Virgens) to attract teams who value strong communities.
• Host a “Builder Leaderboard” or “Genesis Builder Awards” to recognize and promote top teams.
