Not rotating into ETH yet, with BTC dominance at 60.7%.
What I see: BTC's market share just hit a 14-month high.
ETH/BTC slid from about 0.0321 in late September to 0.0294.
ETH sits near $2,408, capped under $2,450.
I think alts need ETH/BTC to stop bleeding first.
What I'm doing: watching, not bottom-fishing.
I'd look again above 0.0300; below 0.0288 I stay out.
Rotate into alts now, or stick with BTC?
