ETF flows show institutions are still on the sidelines. $BTC outflows have slowed, $ETH ETFs saw zero flows, while $SOL recorded another small outflow.
Without fresh institutional money, the rebound remains weak. My strategy: stay patient and wait for sustained ETF inflows before entering.
