I used to watch the price first. Now I watch my reaction first. BTC drops → do I panic? BTC pumps → do I chase? An altcoin breaks out → do I suddenly become “bullish”? That changed how I trade. The chart hasn’t become easier. I’ve just become more aware of what happens between the candle and my decision. Today I’m watching BTC, ETH and SOL — but also watching myself.
