$ADA reclaimed both EMAs today and I still won't call it bullish. One number's missing. Price is 0.2115, up 3.93%, sitting above EMA7 at 0.2098 and EMA21 at 0.2090. Looks clean on the surface. But Supertrend is still printing at 0.2180, above price, which means the trend hasn't actually flipped yet. That's my line. Reclaim 0.2180 and I'll say the trend changed. Until then this is a strong bounce inside a downtrend, and those two things trade completely differently.
