$ARB pumped 55% in twelve hours on Sep 5, from 0.132 to 0.206. Since then it's given almost all of it back. Price is 0.1406 now. That's the problem with vertical moves. Nobody accumulates on the way up, so there's no support on the way down. It just slides back to where the candle started. 0.132 is the level that matters. Hold it and this becomes a base.
