Everyone is very concerned about when $OKB will take off. It's been almost a year since the surge last year; OKB went from 50 to 260, then down to the current 85, OKB is different from ordinary altcoins. Its price is connected on one end to the OKX platform, and on the other end to X Layer. Only if the platform users, trading activity, and on-chain ecosystem grow, does OKB have the confidence to keep rising. Now the total supply of OKB is fixed at 21 million, and the contract has canceled the minting function; On X Layer, OKB is still the only native Gas token. If the upcoming Exchange OS progresses according to the roadmap, developers deploying markets will need to stake OKB, so it will no longer be just a "platform discount token." Of course, having fewer tokens doesn't necessarily mean the price will rise. Actually, whether $OKB will increase depends on whether there are users on X Layer, whether there is real trading volume, and whether the staking and Gas demand for OKB can pick up. If the chain is deserted, no matter how good the model looks, it's just a story on paper; once the ecosystem truly runs, the fixed total supply of 21 million will become meaningful, and OKB will welcome its new story. #Fed3Dissents #MSFTCutsCapex #AIStoryDiverges
