The lawsuit also claims the project violated the Howey Test, citing:
- Investors had a clear expectation of profit
- Token value relied heavily on project-driven marketing
- Tokens had no real utility, ONLY speculation
If the founders lose in court, they could face:
- Massive financial penalties
- Lifetime bans from financial markets
- Potential prison time for securities fraud
