About BIP110ForkFallsBehind
Bitcoin's BIP-110 would curb large-data writes and complex scripts for one year. Backers say it limits inscriptions and nonfinancial data; critics warn it changes Bitcoin's open, neutral rules and risks a split. Miner support is near zero, far below threshold. A fork run by a few backers diverged after block 961,632 and trails mainnet. Ledger warns against moving or trading its assets because missing protection could put mainchain BTC at risk. Dispute tests Bitcoin's data and governance limits.

Thanks @LorenHodl
For such a decentralized miracle of humanity, there are an awful lot of central figures in Bitcoin, when one would think there would be less personality and more action, facts and progress.
Just the name itself; Bitcoin 'Core', says alot, most certainly lends toward the opposite of decentralization
What worries the market more than Bitcoin’s price is its inner conflict. 🌿 Today, let’s set prices aside for a governance story most retail investors miss. Bitcoin’s BIP-110 is in its final phase, yet miner support sits at just 0.89%. To lock it in, 55% is needed. Without a surge, August may bring a forced version upgrade. In simple terms: should Bitcoin cap data writes to prevent network congestion? Miners, developers, and the community are a...

Bitcoin Mechanic's latest video, he said none of the 2017 UTXO forks changed their hashing algorithm and they all kept SHA256. That's simply not true. The only ones that kept it were Bcash and BSV. Every single other one changed it.
Bitcoin Diamond switched to X13. Bitcoin Private changed theirs. Bitcoin Gold went to Equihash. And there were a bunch more. That's really the only way you can fork away from Bitcoin: either change the hashing algorithm and compete against it, lower the difficulty and become a much less secure chain, or merge mine..
I don't know if you just didn't know that or if you're trying to set a narrative and confuse people into thinking something happened in 2017 that never happened, like you've been doing this whole time.
Time's up.

🚨JUST IN: $BTC Core developer Luke Dashjr says changing Bitcoin's proof-of-work is "the only option" if BIP 110 fails.
Critics warn if six mining pools can block the proposal, Bitcoin's decentralization is "effectively lost."
Meanwhile, Bitcoin briefly topped $65,340, its highest since July 27, before pulling back near $65,000.

BIP-110 activates in a couple of hours.
I'm proud of every node runner and bitcoiner who chose the hard path of defending Bitcoin’s actual mission, instead of folding to the narratives and ridicule pushed by Big Bitcoin, suits and the influencer class.
