The rally looks strong, but the data tells a different story.
$BTC saw $33.74M in short liquidations vs just $6.7M in longs, suggesting a short squeeze rather than genuine buying pressure.
$ETH showed the same pattern, with $34.87M in shorts wiped out. Forced buying pushed prices higher, but fresh spot demand remains unproven.
$CORE also showed how quickly a squeeze can reverse, wiping out both shorts and longs.
