$PUMP The chips have been rotating these past two days, with large holders clearly increasing their positions, gradually squeezing out retail investors. The price is still 36% below the 90-day high, and only after dropping more than 30% did some start to accumulate in scale, with little price increase. Retail investors haven't been drawn back in; this is a very typical accumulation pattern. g it weak at -36% is looking at the direction wrong.
