For spot trading, I would monitor whether XP can hold its support area, whether buying volume increases, and whether it starts making higher highs and higher lows. Avoid buying simply because the price is much lower than its all-time high.
For a longer-term investment, monitor actual network transactions, DeFi usage, exchange liquidity, circulating supply, and whether the project delivers its roadmap.
