$HYPE is making a case for itself beyond the on chain derivatives market.
Payward development is worth watching because HIP 3 could allow regulated institutions to operate independent markets using Hyperliquid’s infrastructure. If executed successfully, this could expand the protocol’s reach and bring a different class of participants into its ecosystem.
There is also an existing revenue story behind the narrative, with trading fees supporting HYPE buybacks through the Assistance Fund.

$HYPE 又有新进展了，Hyperliquid 近日正式确认，Payward 计划成为首个通过 HIP-3* 部署受 CFTC 监管永续合约市场的运营方。
与此前仅公布合作计划不同，这次 Hyperliquid 自己明确了技术路线：通过链上白名单，让合规机构能够在其交易基础设施上运营独立市场。
截至 10 月 28 日上午，HYPE 约 $81.94，24 小时上涨 4.7%。DefiLlama 显示，Hyperliquid 近 30 天协议收入约 6230 万美元，24 小时永续合约成交额约 80 亿美元。
我觉得真正值得关注的是，Hyperliquid 正在从链上永续交易平台，向机构也能使用的交易基础设施发展。
而且它与很多治理币不同，协议交易费用已经能通过 Assistance Fund 传导至 HYPE 回购。
不过别把计划当落地。目前 HIP-3* 仍处于测试网阶段，美国业务也尚未获得最终监管批准。传统交易所和其他链上衍生品平台的竞争同样存在。
长期逻辑偏增强，但现在更适合继续观察，不建议因为这条消息追涨。
