What Could Cause the S&P 500 to Crash?
Since March 30, the S&P 500 has risen 23%, but just 10 companies accounted for 70% of that gain.
Nvidia alone accounted for 13%, while Micron, Apple, and Microsoft each contributed 9%. And the remaining 490 stocks? Just 30% of the growth.
In other words, for a significant correction, all it might take is some earnings-related issues or negative news surrounding a few companies from the top 10 👍
