The key test for stock tokens is what holders can actually exercise. Robinhood is developing redemption and voting rights, although its tokens do not confer direct ownership. My read: redemption could make the link to shares more meaningful. But greater utility would not, by itself, settle the issuer-consent question raised by AMC. #RobinhoodTokenNewRights
