$INJ is up around 11.5% in the last 24 hours, but the real story for me is bigger than price action: native USDC is now live on Injective.
This feels like a major step for Injective DeFi. USDC is now minted directly by Circle on Injective mainnet, which could mean better liquidity, smoother transfers, easier CCTP access, and less reliance on third party bridges.
I also like how simple the migration looks. Users can move from USDT to USDC directly through Injective, with support for Keplr, Leap, and MetaMask. Fees are extremely low too, around 0.00001 INJ roughly $0.0003.
Not going full FOMO, but this upgrade makes the Injective narrative a lot more interesting. Definitely keeping $INJ on my watchlist.
