ServiceNow’s 20.5% Q3 revenue growth still beat expectations, but the market focused on the direction of contracted demand: Q4 cRPO growth is projected at 18.5%, below both Q3 and consensus. That does not invalidate its higher 2026 AI contract-value target; it does raise the bar for showing that AI momentum can offset a softer near-term growth curve.
