The $27.6M ETF outflow on Oct. 23 matters mainly because it was far smaller than the prior day's $636M withdrawal. That softens the signal of a broad exit, especially after $1.075B entered over Oct. 19-21.
BTC holding near $80K suggests flows have yet to impose a durable direction. A return to inflows would be constructive, but one quieter outflow is not confirmation.
