• Revenue: $28.05B, flat YoY
• Gross margin: 19.6% (18.0% a year ago)
• R&D: $2.76B, up 69%
• Operating income: $718M, down 56%
• Operating margin: 2.6% vs 5.8%
Margins improved, but AI and Optimus spending ate the gain.
